We at Azaiba United specialise in troubleshooting, overhauling and refurbishment of earth moving equipment, stationary equipment like generators, welding machines, hydraulic pumps and rig machinery. Engine Rebuilding
We have a strong engine rebuilding team who are capable of carrying out overhauling of engines from single cylinder to 16 cylinders of various brands like CAT, Perkins, Detroit, Iveco, Deutz, Mercedes Benz, MAN, to name a few. One of our main attractions is our inhouse machine shop. We are able to reduce the turnaround time for the repairs with the support of the machine shop and our experienced technical team. We are also the authorised dealers of IPD in Oman, which is one of the premium aftermarket CATERPILLAR engine parts suppliers. These enables us to cater to our customers in the most cost-efficient way also meeting the OEM standards.
FIP Division
Our FIP division can handle overhauling and calibration of multi brand fuel injection pumps and fuel injectors to cater to our customers. We use the highest quality spare parts and materials.
Winding Division
Our winding division is capable of servicing and rewinding of motors of upto 220 kw and generators upto 1500 kva. We use H class insulated windings and high-quality consumables which provide maximum insulation and life to the job. We can carry out dynamic balancing of rotors upto 4 tons. Standard reports are provided with the repair jobs.
Electrical Division
Our electrical team is very capable to troubleshoot, repair and testing of your equipment. We have load banks to test generators upto 1000 kva. Our electrical team carries out conversion of obsolete control panels into customer friendly new generation control panels at economical rates. We very frequently undertake conversion of engines running on 50Hz to 60Hz
General bay

Our team in general bay is well experienced and can carry out the general repairs and repairs of transmission, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and undercarriage. We can carry out the complete refurbishment of earth moving equipment starting from stripping down the equipment to bare chassis, repair and refitting and painting of the equipment as per OEM standards.
